From the time we called to when Sav came out to meet us. Sav has always followed up and kept us informed. We are so happy with how quick our install was. I love the look of the new windows and lift and slide ranch slider. First time I have everseen a concertina styled flyscreen (which I love). He was the only installer that removed and hung up the blinds we had. Sav and his team were always very professional and cleaned up before they moved to another section of the house.
